Customer Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages that are 'Delivered'
but have been stolen. If you do not want UPS to leave a
package at your door(which they do in some instances) please
let us know that your order is 'signature required' meaning that a person has to sign for it.
International payments are made via Paypal only. International orders paid by other methods will be canceled. We do not accept international credit cards.
Paypal allows you to use your international credit card, or Paypal account balance to make payment for your order. If you do not already have a Paypal account, setting one up is free and easy, and will allow you to place future orders very quickly. Visit
www.Paypal.com to create a Paypal account. Customer is responsible to have a package re-shipped if a international delivery was attempted, package was not retrieved from carrier and package was sent back. A re-ship expense is the customers responsibility. A refund will not be issued if customer chooses not to pay the cost of re-ship.
Customer is responsible for any customs or duty fees. International orders are shipped via U.S. Express 3-5 days(insured/tracking), U.S. Priority Mail 6-10 days(Customs tracking) or U.S. 1st Class Mail(no delivery estimate) as per customer selection during checkout.
Special order/Custom order products
Special/custom order items are products that have to be acquired from supplier/manufacturer.
MorCouture custom shirts ship in 4-5 weeks.
Expedited production(3.5 weeks) is available at an additional charge(inquire).
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Return within 7 days in original unworn, unopened, packaged condition for a full refund minus shipping charges. Items not in original shipped condition (unpacked) will incur a 10% restocking fee. An additional fee may be added, at our discretion, if item is sent back incomplete(ex. -missing hang tags, shirt bag, collar form etc.,). We must be notified of return intent by email before shipping item(s)back. You will be assigned an
RMA#. Items must be received at MorCouture within 10 days from customers original delivery date. Customer is responsible for exchange/return shipping with tracking. If the return item is found to have been worn(or altered, cologne/body oil) refund will not be issued and buyer is responsible for return shipping. An item shipped to us without an
RMA# will be refused(Return to Sender).
A returned item(within the above criteria) where no exchange choice was made can only receive store credit if the transaction has been opened for more than 20days. Store credit must be used within 60days of issue date or it is expired. We do not accept worn merchandise.
There are no refunds given when special discounts were given for a multiple purchase order, only store credit.
There are no returns/refunds on custom, special or pre-orders (items not in current inventory) unless a mistake was made on our part.
Mauri shoes are considered a special order item due to shipments are done direct from manufacturer to customer. Custom shirts and altered items are considered a custom item.
Clearance items are considered 'final sale' and cannot be returned.
Coupons/Promotions
Periodically coupon checkout codes will be issued via email or listed on the 'Home page' of the site. These codes are single use and are to be entered in the space provided during checkout. One coupon per order is accepted during promotional or Sale periods when more than one checkout code is listed or sent. Our coupons always exclude Belvedere shoes or any special order item(s)(items not in current stock). Coupons cannot be used on returns or in relation to any order that was made outside of the period the coupon was issued. A coupon can only be used at the time of transaction and not after. Shipping promotions/coupons are U.S. based only(excluding Hawaii).
Frequently Asked Questions:I see a style I want but not in my size can I special order? Yes. Inquire as to the item you want and we will check with our warehouse/supplier on availability.

We are a U.S. based company that ships internationally.
How long before a special order item ships?
In Stock merchandise ships in 1 day. Custom shirts ship in 3-4weeks or 2.5 weeks if expedited production is chosen(extra charge).
